In order to ensure quality conformance, the pipes are subjected to several rigorous quality control inspections across all manufacturing sections, including a hydro test to ensure pipes are leak-free. Quality assurance and quality control inspections and testing are in accordance with applicable local and international standards for both water conveyance or structural purposes such as foundation piles for bridges and piers.

Material Control
All materials used are subjected to both destructive and non-destructive tests. The results of these tests, along with the test carried out by the plate manufacturer, eliminate the possibility of laminated or otherwise defective materials from being used.
After completion of the various regular production tests, pipes undergo a final examination to verify diameter, roundness, wall thickness tolerance, length, and straightness.
