Our mission is to produce and deliver timely, high quality spiral welded steel pipes to the growing infrastructure demands of Mindanao, Visayas, and beyond. In order to ensure quality conformance, the pipes are subjected to several rigorous quality control inspections across all manufacturing sections, including a hydro test to ensure pipes are leak-free. Quality assurance and quality control inspections and testing are in accordance with applicable local and international standards for both water conveyance or structural purposes such as foundation piles for bridges and piers.

Manufacturing Process
Chrono Pipe Group Corporation is a Philippine-based manufacturer of large diameter spiral welded steel pipe. From hot rolled steel coils, steel pipes are manufactured using a spiral pipe forming machine using automatic submerged arc welding. Our equipment can produce up to 20,000 metric tons of steel pipes annually between 400mm to 3,000mm in diameter of up to 25mm thick pipes and lengths of up to 30 meters. Depending on our client’s requirements, pipes can be manufactured bare or with a protective lining and coating after being blasted with steel shots and grits to prevent corrosion.
